AW Communications is delighted to be supporting Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board’s primary care campaign for the second year running.

#YouLocalTeam aims to raise awareness of the range of professionals in the community who can help patients without the need to go to the GP.

We’ve loved chatting to so many inspirational people who are finding practical ways of helping people improve their health and wellbeing as well as providing support, advice and a listening ear.
